In February, 2009 Dr. Kaufman attended the American Venous Forum 21st Annual Meeting, sponsored by the American College of Surgeons, in Phoenix, Arizona.
In May, 2009 Dr. Kaufman attended the 7th Annual International Vein Congress in Miami, Florida.
In June,2009 Dr. Kaufman was invited to speak at the Society for Vascular Ultrasound Annual meeting in Denver, Colorado. His presentations were “Venous Anatomy and Pathophysiology,” “Treatment Options for Chronic Venous Insufficiency,” and Treatment Options for Incompetent Perforators.”
In November, 2009 Dr. Kaufman attended the 23rd Annual Congress of the American College of Phlebology. He has been invited to serve in the Ultrasonography Section of the ACP.
In March, 2010 Dr. Kaufman will be hosting a workshop on “Treatment of Incompetent Perforators” in Fort Collins, Colorado.
